Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the videography and photography services offered by TaylorAnne Videography & Photography (“TaylorAnne” or “I”). By submitting an inquiry or booking a session, you agree to these terms. A separate signed agreement will confirm the specific details, pricing, and deliverables for your booking.
Bookings & Retainer
Dates are reserved only once a signed agreement and any required retainer are received. Retainers reserve your date and are generally non-refundable. The remaining balance and any agreed add-ons are due according to the schedule in your signed agreement. Payment plans may be arranged by request.
Deliverables & Timelines
Deliverables, quantities, and estimated completion times are outlined in your signed agreement. I strive to provide sneak peeks promptly, with final films and galleries delivered within the agreed timeframe. Timelines are estimates and may vary with editing volume and season.
Use of Imagery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain the right to display, publish, and share created films and photographs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. You may request a private session in advance. You receive personal usage rights to your delivered content; commercial resale or transfer of raw files is not permitted without written consent.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. In the event of my inability to fulfill a booking due to illness or emergency, I will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement or provide a refund of amounts paid for services not yet delivered.
Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services. I am not responsible for circumstances beyond my control, including venue restrictions, weather, or the actions of third parties. I take care to capture your day professionally but cannot guarantee specific moments that did not occur or were not accessible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the applicable courts of Alberta.
